Intense garnet red color. Complex aromas of blackberry and sweet raspberry with hints of liquorice. A full-bodied wine, in the mouth it is balanced with flavors of ripe fruit. It has a finish of toasted and smoked notes.
Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
Saint Emilion wines develop a bouquet of aromas worthy of pairing with fine cuisine dishes, beef stew, and fine cuts such as Chateaubriand, where the tarragon sauce harmonizes elegantly and powerfully.
