From the prestigious Cru La Groletta and Conca d'Oro, in the hilly area of the Valpolicella Classica. Italy
Intense and deep ruby red, with garnet hues. On the nose, it presents complex aromatic notes from fruit in alcohol to bitter spices, black pepper, licorice and cocoa. In the mouth it is intense, of great structure, powerful with a sumptuous expression of ripe fruit. The finish is pleasantly sinuous and dry.
Manual harvest and selection of the grapes, with subsequent drying for about 3 months in a well-ventilated loft. Fermentation in steel for 25 days. at a temperature of 25/30 °. 3 years of aging in 35 hl Slavonian oak barrels.
Elegance and structure make it perfect with feathered and furred game, red meats, long-aged cheeses. It is the ideal companion for long conversations.
