Nose: Intense and crisp aromas. Marked notes of fresh fruit, notably strawberry, raspberry, red cherry, redcurrant, pomegranate, and mandarin orange. The range of floral notes is present as well, of violet, lily, rose, and hibiscus, with fresh cream, fennel, and red licorice.
Palate: Pleasant mouth feel. Dry wine, with fresh acidity and warm alcohol. Mouth aroma reminiscent of pomegranate, fresh fruit, grapefruit, cardamom, violet, lily, and licorice. Well balanced with a voluminous body and long, fruity, and refreshing finish.
Food pairing: Asian cuisine, potato tortilla, chicken stew, paella, shrimp, grilled meat, pizza, carpaccio, desserts like red fruit tart.
