Pierre Jean Merlot-Cabernet
Ruby red, clean and bright, with soft violet tones. Presence of fruits, with backgrounds of spices, black pepper. Pleasant, ripe fruit nuances with sweet tannins and fresh acidity in balance. Always dry, ripe and with a simple finish, but very correct.
Cold meats, grilled beef sheet, poultry supreme and simple stews without much seasoning, and in soft, creamy, uncured cheeses.
