Tasting Notes:
Color: Intense plum red, with violet hues.
Nose: Extraordinary aromatic power, aromas of ripe red fruits such as plum, black cherry and gooseberries. Spicy notes of pepper and light touches of menthol and eucalyptus.
Palate: Intense flavor, very expressive and of long permanence. Firm tannins, dry taste, fruity aftertaste. Good body and great structure.
Food pairing: Cuts of meat, lamb, venison, strong stews, intense cheeses.
