Yellow Tail Cabernet Sauvignon is made from grapes from the highest quality vineyards. Once pressed and destemmed, the grapes ferment with the skins and in contact with oak wood. Their fermentation at controlled temperature guarantees the extraction of all the flavor, color and tannins of the variety.
