Cancellation/Return Policy
We regret that we are unable to offer returns/refund on wines except in the case of shipping damage or defective. If the wine is found to be defective, we will gladly exchange it.
Order can be canceled if they are not delivered. Please notify us within 24 hours of ordering if you need to cancel an order.
If an order has been delivered and you would like to cancel the order, the delivery fee of 500 pesos will apply. This is to cover our transportation cost.
