Delivery/Shipping

Orders are generally delivered within 48-72  business hours in Q.Roo after receipt of order.  We deliver Monday-Saturday.    We will confirm stock and delivery time after receipt of your order.

Orders outside of Q. Roo are shipped by Fedex.  Lead time is 5-7 days.

Rush orders can be accommodated if we have staff available. Rush fee of $300 pesos apply.

We offer free delivery on orders over $5000 pesos to all of Mexico.

Orders under $5000 pesos are subject to a $300 pesos delivery fee.

Occasionally, we might need to impose a surcharge for remote areas or other shipping challenges.  We will advise you beforehand if this is the case.
