Very intense red color with cherry red hues. The aromas detected on the nose surprise by their complexity. The mouth is elegant and full-bodied.
Winemaking:
Wine-making is done in the traditional way, de stalking and crushing followed by temperature controlled fermentation between 24 and 28°C. Maceration and malolacteic fermentation are monitored. Once finished, the wine is aged for 8 months in American and French oak barrels, 75% of which were new.
