Nose: Intense floral aromas combined with red fruits. Lactic notes and vanilla sparkles.
Mouth: Round, elegant and with a light finish.
Destemming of the grapes and both maceration and fermentation are carried out at controlled temperatures. The malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 20-22ºC. Aged for 9 months in French oak barrels.
