This is a special wine, made in memory of the father of the founder, Sirak Baloyán. It is based on three clones of a cabernet sauvignon vine (191, 169 and 8) planted in the Valle de Guadalupe, Ensenada, Mexico.
Color: Deep ruby red.
Nose: Aromas of red fruit, leather, vanilla, cherry, chocolate.
Palate: Very nice body and balance. Firm tannins with a mix of plums and pepper. Long finish.
Food pairing: Beef, lamb, poultry.
