Fermentation: 24-28 °C in stainless steel tanks.
Aging: 12 months in French white oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Color: Intense violet red.
Nose: Elegant and complex. Intense aromas of berries in compote, rosemary and smoked oak.
Palate: Good attack with powerful but ripe tannins. Controlled acidity. Pleasant aftertaste and good persistence.

Food pairing: Red meats, rack of lamb with plum sauce, filet mignon, meat or chistorra empanadas, semi-mature cheeses.

Serving temperature: 16-18 °C
