Nose: Aromas of fresh red fruits such as blackberries, strawberries, plums and cherries.
Palate: Good body, juicy, fresh, smooth and silky. Permanence in the mouth is long and pleasant.
Venison, wild boar, Mexican cuisine, duck confit and semi-mature cheeses.
