Nose: Fresh and complex. Red fruits and black berries. Delicate floral notes of red roses.
Palate: Pleasant attack confirming fruity aromas. Good tannins and balanced acidity. Pleasant and complete finish.
Food pairing: Enchiladas queretanas, tortilla soup, rajas con queso, roast beef torta, pizza and cecina tacos.
Serving temperature: 16 to 18 °C.
