Harvest: Made from Chardonnay grapes harvested from vineyards in the foothills of the Andes.
Fermentation: Wine fermentation lasts for 45 days at a controlled temperature.
Aging: During the first 9 months of the wine is aged in barrels of French and American oak, 10% of which are new.
Tasting Notes:
Color: Pale yellow with greenish reflections.
Nose: Layered aromas of tropical fruit, apple, vanilla and citrus blossom.
Palate: On the full and round palate, flavors of pear, pineapple and fig are balanced by attractive notes of caramel, toast and sweet brown spice. A lingering finish is accented by clean acidity and citrus zest.
Food pairing: Grilled fish, poultry and soft pastas.
