Type: Rosé wine
Soil: Limestone, clay, stony.
Harvest: Made from the lowest altitude vineyards of Bodegas Cepa 21, in the town of Castrillo de Duero.
Vinification: After a brief maceration and after passing it from one tank to another (static racking), the must is fermented at 14ºC for approximately 20 days.
Aging: After an aging on lees of one month where the yeasts die and the aging process takes place, the wine is bottled.
Color: Pale pink in color.
Nose: Clean on the nose with crisp red fruit aromas and subtle hints of citrus.
Palate: Fresh and well balanced in the mouth with a medium bodied lingering finish.
Food pairing: Oily fish, salads, starters.
Serving temperature: 8-10 ºC
