60% Merlot 40% Cabernet Franc
Granante red with a medium layer and terracotta hue. On the nose red fruits, deep notes of minerality, especially wet clay. Fine spices from the barrel. Medium bodied, round and elegant, fine tannins, medium-structured finish.
Aged in French oak barrels.
Baked beef steak, poultry, plum sauces with red wine.
16 to 18º C.
