Winemaking:
Vineyards: Located in Chapman Creek and Trailblazer.
Vinification: Large format, lightly toasted Hungarian oak barrels are used to add a textural experience to the wine without masking the unique, natural flavors of the grapes.
Fermentation: Grapes are fermented on the stems to not only integrate the terroir of The Burn into the wine, but to also add texture and complexity.

Tasting Notes:
Color: Ruby red.
Nose: Herbal expressive aromas laced with pomegranate and stony minerals.
Palate: Powdery tannins frame flavors of cherry, currant, savory spice, and red pepper. A green coffee inflected finish rounds out the overall experience.

Food pairing: Beef sliders, Caribbean pork sandwich, gnocchi with braised beef brisket and garlic chicken wings.
