Winemaking:
Vineyards: Located in different terroirs in Mendoza, Agrelo (1,050 m.a.m.s.l.), La Consulta (1,095 m.a.m.s.l.) and Gualtallary (1,450 m.a.m.s.l.), and are irrigated with meltwater from the Andes mountains.
Harvest: Grapes are picked between February and March.
Vinification: Following the alcoholic fermentation, the wine is stored at very low temperatures and aged on lees for four months.

Tasting Notes:
Color: Green, with golden shades. Very bright and clear.
Nose: Very expressive and elegant, with well-defined typicity. Distinct aromas of rue, pink grapefruit and passion fruit, intertwined with mineral tinges.
Palate: Fresh, vibrant, mineral, with a sharp acidity resulting in a long-lasting aftertaste.

Food pairing: As an aperitif or paired with seafood, fish and salads.
