55% Pinot noir and 45% Chardonnay, and 20% wines made in oak barrels.
The aromatic intensity is perceived from the attack on the palate, with an imposing roundness and soft and sweet flavors of white flowers, red fruits, caramel and caramelized apple. The round, wide and refined texture on the palate, typical of the House Louis Roederer, is reinforced by a vinose structure, without being robust, and by a great freshness that gives the impression of great finesse and reinforces the precision of the wine.
Cristal Rosé is made using the sangria method, after cold maceration. It has an average of 6 years of maturation in cellars.
It is recommended to accompany with salmon, lamb, cheeses, red fruit-based desserts.
