85% Tempranillo, 15% Garnacha and Mazuelo.
Garnet color with violet notes on the meniscus. On the nose, it is surprising for its aromatic intensity in which we highlight above all red fruits and liquorice in balance with the aromas from the American barrel, which remind us of vanilla and cocoa with some caramel. Its smooth entry on the palate takes us to a round passage with a long and fruity aftertaste.
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature of grapes from our vineyards in Rioja Alta. Before its stage in the barrel, it undergoes malolactic fermentation. During its stay in contact with the wood, it acquires the aromatic balance that characterizes it, as well as its finesse and global expression.
To accompany tapas, red and white grilled meats, semi-cured cheeses.
