Type: Full-bodied white wine
Harvest: The grapes are hand-picked; then sorted and left to settle in the cellar.
Fermentation: Alcoholic and malolactic fermented with native yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats.
Ageing: Spends six months on the lees in older barrels.
Color: Pale straw.
Nose: Subtle and charming, opens with aromas of nectarine, white flowers, dried honey, lemon curd and toasted almonds.
Palate: A creamy concentrated palate with a discreet lick of oak.
Food pairing: Pork, rich fish (salmon, tuna etc), mature and hard cheese, poultry, cured meat.
