Vineyard: Sanchomartin vine plot, situated in Pesquera de Duero at 875 meters above sea level.
Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation takes place in small stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation takes place in French oak barrels.
Aging: In French oak barrels during 18 months.
Color: Intense deep cherry red.
Nose: Aromas of ripe red and black fruit, with spicy and liquorous notes.
Palate: Powerful with silky sweet structured tannins. A long and persistent aftertaste.
Food pairing: Red or white meats, little intensity sauces, medium-potency pastas and cheeses.
