Type: Light-bodied white wine
Terroir: Kimmeridgian marl.
Vinification: After pressing, the juice is allowed 2 days of natural clarification by sedimentation. Next, the juice is placed in barrels and tanks. Alcoholic fermentation converts the natural sugars into the wine's soul while the flesh of the grape creates its rich bouquet.
Color: Straw yellow.
Nose: It's amazingly aromatic, serving up bold scents of fresh herb, pulpy citrus, and biting gooseberry fruit.
Palate: In the mouth, the citrusy fruit is bold and ripe and served up with steely, chalky, minerality and zesty, lemony, acidity. Long finish.
Food pairing: Goat cheese, pork, shellfish, spicy food, Vegetarian.
