Region: France / Loire / Central Vineyards / Sancerre
Type: Light-bodied white wine
Soil: Kimmeridgian marl.
Harvest: Grapes are hand-picked and carefully taken to the cellar where they are gently pressed to release their aromas.
Vinification: The must is left to settle naturally for a couple of days and fermented, in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks.
Aging: The wine is then matured on its fine lees between 9 to 10 months before bottling.
Color: Pale lemon.
Nose: Aromas of green apple, citrus, gooseberry, and grass.
Palate: Fresh, fruity, oily, spicy, and dry. It has a great long finish.
Food pairing: Fish, white meats, cheese.
Serving temperature: 10-12°C
