Red color with ribbed notes, low middle layer. Intense fruit aromas, cinnamon, wet earth, pepper, cloves, slight presence of wood. In the mouth it has light acidity, body and smooth structure, medium permanence.
5 months in American and French oak barrels (second and third use)
It is recommended to accompany with light fat level dishes such as cheeses, canapés, pasta, beef carpaccio and roast meat.
