Type: Light-bodied red wine
Fermentation: Fermentation and malolactic are spontaneous.
Aging: The wine is aged in two- to five-year-old French oak and not racked until bottling. After ten months, the three lots are combined for final bottling, then left to rest for three years.
Color: Pale ruby core with deep salmon rim.
Nose: Aromas of red fruits , watermelon, red and black cherries and ripe red plums.
Palate: Typical cherry and raspberry on the palate with a nice satiny feel.
Food pairing: Beef, veal, game (deer, venison), poultry.
