Harvest: Grapes come from 35 selected towns within the northern part of the region.
Soil: Granite soils.
Fermentation: Traditional in open vats.
Aging: 10 to 12 months in stainless steel vats.

Tasting Notes:
Color: Deep garnet.
Nose: Aromas of undergrowth, humid earth and strawberry.
Palate: In the mouth it is a full and round wine with aromas of wild strawberry. A wine nicely balanced.

Food pairing: Grilled meat, charcuterie, mature cheeses.

Serving temperature: 13-15 °C
