Features:
Deep layer of dark color and slightly matted edges. On the nose there are alternate features of compote, black plum, balsamic notes, fine woods and a clove background. Wide mouth. Ripe tannins that play with fresh, lively notes to melt into a velvety set. Persistent on the palate, it shows the potential of a great aging wine.

Winemaking:
From 24 to 26 months, depending on the origin of the vineyard and the batches of barrels. These are new French oak barrels and second wine.

Food pairing:
Cheese, pasta with tomato, roasts, empanadas, aubergine lasagna.

16-18º C
