Marqués de Cáceres

Red wine

Rioja, Spain.

Deep layer of dark color and slightly matted edges. On the nose there are alternate features of compote, black plum, balsamic notes, fine woods and a clove background. Wide mouth. Ripe tannins that play with fresh, lively notes to melt into a velvety set. Persistent on the palate, it shows the potential of a great aging wine.

From 24 to 26 months, depending on the origin of the vineyard and the batches of barrels. These are new French oak barrels and second wine.

Food pairing:
Cheese, pasta with tomato, roasts, empanadas, aubergine lasagna.

Serving temperature:
16-18º C
