Type: Light-bodied white wine
Vineyards: Grapes come from over 100 vineyards across Marlborough, encompassing the Wairau and Awatere Valley sub-regions.
Vinification: Parcels are processed at the winery in batches before cool fermentation in stainless steel with “house style” yeasts. Then the wine is left to sit on light lees to build texture and a luscious mouth feel before final blending.
Color: Pale yellow.
Nose: Bursting with tropical aromas of grilled pineapple and passion fruit.
Palate: Zesty and concentrated with ripe citrus fruit, blackcurrant leaf and a hint of fresh basil.
Food pairing: Fresh fish or a cheese platter.
