Intense garnet red color, violet reflections. Stick and paint the wall of the glass, very attractive. On the nose the aromas are of a first quality fruit together with the mineral characteristic of its terroir. Ripe plums, blueberries, and moist soil stand out. Although it is adorned with complex and varied aromas from aging in oak; spices like licorice and pepper; roasted like chocolate and toasted bread. It manages to create a very pleasant impact on the palate, it develops intense fruit, with creamy oak notes. It has robust tannins, very full, but also polished and velvety tannins. Great body and very accomplished opulence is found in this red.
16 months in French and American oak of different ages.
It harmonizes with stews and stews in slow cooking. Excellent for sirloin medallions with chestnut sauce and Foie, Thousand Leaves of grilled aubergines with fresh goat cheese and caramelized apple, beef carpaccio with mushroom shavings and Manchego cheese.
