Bright golden color. On the nose the wine opens with abundant aromas of peach, apple, lemon and spices for baking. On the palate it is an attractive peach medley and layered with tropical notes of pineapple and banana. The lively acidity is well balanced by notes of caramel and very subtle coconut notes that combine perfectly to create an elegant intensity that is felt in the mouth. Full-bodied, with a refreshing burst of minerality and well-integrated oak characteristics that offer a long, round finish.
Fermented in French oak bars.
Ideal with seafood cuisine, grilled lobster, crab cake, pasta in white sauce, grilled poultry with a touch of butter.
