Harvest: The harvest is done manually, in boxes of 18 kg. The clusters are selected before the separation from the stalk.
Vinification: Cold maceration for 5 days and then alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperatures, to avoid the loss of aromas by volatilization.
Aging: It takes place in French and American oak barrels for approximately one year.
Color: Deep ruby red in color.
Nose: Aromas of coffee and spice with a hint of chocolate.
Palate: Plum and chocolate leading to a blend of dark fruit, truffles, allspice, and oak. Silky tannins accent a firm structure. Long finish combining the scents with a touch of leather.
Food pairing: Beef, pasta, lamb, poultry.
