40% Chardonnay, 40 to 45% Pinot Noir and 10 to 15% Meunier, including 25 to 30% reserve wines from the two years preceding the base.

Reims, Champagne, France

A bright and limpid yellow color with gold reflections. Beautiful shine, the effervescence is sustained, with a very present cord.

A fine and fresh, fruity first nose, marked by notes of white flesh fruits (pear, reinette apple), apricot as well as hazelnuts and fresh almonds. A few floral and spicy notes provide additional complexity. The second nose reveals a beautiful olfactory intensity, on a more brioche and biscuity background.

Very frank attack on the palate. A balanced wine, quite round and fleshy on the attack with aromas of ripe fruit (queen-claude and nectarine). The finish is long, the well-integrated dosage gives way to a characteristic freshness of Chardonnay, very present in the blend.

  • Alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats
  • Malolactic fermentation

Food pairing:
A perfect champagne for the aperitif, which can also be served as a starter with light and fine dishes such as poached oysters, scallops à la plancha or as a main course on a sole meunière. 

It can also accompany local cheeses with a short maturing, such as a very creamy Chaource or Langres.
