Minimal intervention winemaking techniques are used to allow the true Californian terroir to shine through. Fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and varietal characteristics of the Cabernet Sauvignon grape, with limited oak ageing to add subtle complexity.

Color: Deep red.
Nose: Aromas of ripe fruits, cloves, oak, tobacco.
Palate: Fruity plum and strawberry, light in tannins, slight peppery finish that lingers without bitterness.
