Harvested in San Vicente, Baja California, Mexico where the winery is located. For this wine, the grape has been left to ferment for 14 days to allow it to make contact with the must and form soft and elegant tannins that integrate with the flavors of the barrel and have a delicate and distinguished texture when taken.
It is a composition of mineral flavors, with cocoa accents and a refined texture, it is soft and delicate on the palate and at the same time it contains a sumptuous character of Mexican dark chocolate. Its elegance seems soft but in reality it is rough, firm and precise, deep and extensive, which easily provokes the activation of all the senses that inspire us to continue speaking spontaneously of each note as this wine is tasted, and that definitely its Flavors take us back to the land that emanated it, the San Vicente Valley, Mexico.
