Rose petal in colour. Wild strawberry and gingerbread. Delectable and velvety with flavours reminiscent of strawberry, raspberry, grapefruit and mild spice.
- Manual and mechanical harvest.
- Crushing, destalking.
- Short maceration on the skins.
- Fermentation in stainless-steel temperature-controlled vats (18-20°C).
- Unoaked to preserve all the freshness.
Enjoy chilled as an aperitif or take along on a picnic. Also nice with melon, salads and steak.
