Cherry red color. On the nose red fruits with notes of tobacco and smoke. On the palate frank attack, with an elegant and ripe tannic structure, with good acidity, a very long and velvety finish.
Aged for twelve months in French oak barrels.
Pasta with bolognese sauce, mushroom soup. Mole poblano, mole chichilo.
