Type: Light-bodied white wine
Grapes are harvested during the first half of March, crushed, and submitted to a 4-hour cold maceration at 8ºC.
Fermentation: Temperature controlled to 12º–14ºC. The must is protected from oxygen at all times during the 25-day fermentation process.
Nose: Intense aromas of citrus and tropical fruits with a floral touch.
Palate: Fresh and fruity with well-balanced acidity.
Food pairing: As an aperitif and with fish, shellfish, and pasta.
