Aging: 9 months in French Oak (15% new).

Nose: Pleasant aromas of raspberry, bing cherry and hints of earthy forest floor mingle.
Palate: The palate exudes bright red fruit flavors of cherry and cranberry complemented by a focused mid palate of black pepper and light roasted coffee beans. The finish is crisp with a perfectly balanced acidity.
