Vineyards: Mendoza´s East Valley and Center Valley.
Fermentation: Selected yeast, max temp. ferm. 28/30°C, 10 days, with a maceration of 12 days.
Aging: 6 months in French and American oak.
Color: Deep purple color with reddish hues.
Nose: The nose offers aromas of juicy black cherries and black plums with hints of sweet spice and vanilla.
Palate: On the palate the wine is soft and elegant with black cherry and plum flavors and fine, supple tannins.
Food pairing: All kinds of red or white meats, grilled or stewed with spices and seasoned.
Serving temperature: 15-17 °C
