Intense ruby red with beautiful transparency. The nose is fragrant and fruity, with the typical aromas of crunchy cherry and red fruits. On the palate it is fresh and balanced and elegantly recalls the pleasant fruity notes, offering a slender and pleasant persistence sip.
Fermentation at controlled temperature 25/30 ° for 12 days. Aging in steel for 6 months. In some vintages, a short stop in large Slavonian oak barrels.
Elegance and lightness make it versatile for daily consumption, particularly with first courses, white meat preparations, fresh and medium-aged cheeses. Try it with rich and elaborate pizzas.
