Winemaking:
Ageing: In barrels: 66% for 3 months in new American oak barrels. 33% without aging in barrels.
Harvest days: Middle of August.
Vinification: After selection the grape goes through a gentle pressing in order to maintain its fruity flavors and aromas. Fermentation: Takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (14-17°c) with selected yeast.
Aging: Continues for 3 months in American oak barrels with battonage of fine lees 3 times a week while performing malolactic fermentation.

Tasting Notes:
Color: Straw yellow, clean and bright.
Nose: Aromas of green pear, pineapple and vanilla.
Palate: Refreshing acidity. Notes of pineapple, pear and caramel. Well balanced medium body and long permanence.

Food pairing: Shellfish, lean fish, fruity desserts.

Serving temperature: 10 - 12 ºC.
