Average age of vineyard: 35 years.
Vinification: After manual selection, the bunches are destemmed and crushed. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 10 days. Malolactic fermentation for 38 days.
Aging: 12 months in new barrels and 5 years in old woods.
Color: Deep ripe cherry red.
Nose: Intense and complex with ripe fruits in compote and spicy notes, tobacco and aromatic herbs.
Palate: Well balanced, good acidity and texture, very long finish and good persistence.
Food pairing: Red meat, roasts, stews.
