Surco 2.7 is the abbreviation of the number of furrows or plots that make up the vineyard from which the grapes are obtained for the production of this Cabernet Sauvignon wine. Thus, it refers to the 2700 furrows from which this label comes from. Vinícola Regional de Ensenada (VIRESA) was born with the support of large vineyards. It makes 6 labels of its own. It is one of the main suppliers of vitis vinisfera for different Mexican wineries.

Winemaking:
Aging: 12 months in barrel and 12 months in bottle.
Location: The vineyards are located in La Antigua Ruta del Vino (the original) in the town of San Vicente Ferrer, which represents the 2nd most important wine-growing area of the state and the country. A total of 373 hectares in three vineyards: i) Viñedos Nuevo San Vicente; ii) Viñedos Llano Colorado; and, iii) Viñedos La Calentura.

Tasting Notes:
Color: Ruby in color with slight garnet sparkles.
Nose: Hints of pepper, red and black fruits with a touch of vanilla.
Palate: Medium tannin, soft, ripe and harmonious. Aftertaste of red fruits.

Food pairing: It is recommended to accompany beef carpaccio, fillet of red tuna with pepper.

Serving temperature: 16 - 18 º C
