High robe ruby red color. On the nose, it has predominant notes of tobacco, green pepper, a slight presence of menthol that gives it a sensation of freshness, coffee, red plums, spicy aromas, menthol, red fruits, cinnamon, tobacco and green pepper. In the mouth it is elegant with slight astringency, medium acidity, robust, meaty with ripe tannins of medium long persistence.
12 months in American and French oak
Fatty dishes, meat in its juice, pork rinds, little seasoned, especially to accompany cuts of juicy meats, game birds.
