Deep red color, slightly opaque. On the nose it presents aromas of caramel, spices, burnt milk, fig, ripe strawberry, tobacco, well-integrated wood without predominance of tertiary aromas. In the mouth it is a round, smooth, balanced wine with a medium aftertaste.
It is recommended with dishes with a medium fat level, little to nothing seasoned, light cheeses, meats, pasta and fatty fish.
